Agreement with Super Ants
These Terms form an agreement between you and Super Ants Limited (“Super Ants,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using a product that links to them, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Eligibility and authority
Products are intended for users aged 17 or older. If local law requires a higher age or additional consent, that requirement applies. You must have authority to use the device and any document, image, storage location, network, printer, or destination involved in your action.
Limited product licence
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for lawful purposes under these Terms and app-store rules. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Scanning and OCR review
You control what is captured or imported. Lighting, page condition, language, layout, and image quality can affect recognition. Review every page, filename, extracted character, and generated PDF before relying on, printing, sending, or archiving it. The product is not a certified records, identity, legal, financial, or medical verification system.
Cleanup decisions and recovery
Cleanup functions may identify possible duplicates, large items, or other candidates, but you decide what to remove. Preview selections and keep independent backups of important material. Deletion, operating-system cleanup, or cleared trash may be irreversible, and we do not promise recovery.
Never approve a bulk cleanup solely because an item appears in a suggestion list.
Your material and necessary licence
You retain rights in documents, images, recognized text, and results you provide or create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to perform a requested function, provide support, secure the service, and meet law. You are responsible for having permission to process personal, confidential, copyrighted, or third-party material.
Permissions, exports, and destinations
Camera, photo-library, file, or storage permission may be needed for a selected action. You can manage access in device settings. When you choose to save, print, back up, or share a result, verify the destination, recipient, format, and contents; independent destinations apply their own terms.
Acceptable use
You must not infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, scan or access material without authority, distribute malware, bypass security, disrupt systems, misrepresent results, facilitate fraud, or use the product unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, systems, or legal compliance.
Ads, trials, and recurring purchases
Some versions may show advertising. If a purchase screen offers a subscription or free trial, the displayed price, duration, renewal, and eligibility terms govern. Unless cancelled through the relevant app-store account before renewal, a subscription may renew as disclosed. Uninstalling a product does not cancel a subscription.
App stores and outside services
App stores, advertisers, printers, storage providers, backup systems, and sharing destinations are independent services with separate terms. We do not control their availability, billing decisions, content, security, or data handling. Links and compatibility do not constitute endorsement.
Ownership and feedback
The product, software, design, documentation, and Super Ants marks are protected by intellectual-property law. We reserve rights not expressly granted. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without compensation, while we will not publicly identify you without permission.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, correct, replace, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, provider, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend access for material breach or risk. Provisions that should survive by nature remain effective after termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee perfect OCR, exhaustive cleanup detection, uninterrupted operation, or recovery of deleted content. Super Ants is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Law, general terms, and contact
Applicable law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought before courts with competent jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Delay is not a waiver. We may revise these Terms prospectively and will update the date above.
